We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at our facility located in Pittsburgh, PA, 15201. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), GD&T, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, and Blueprint Reading. Our facility primarily uses Dmg Mori Seiki machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) machines
• Perform machine setups for production runs
• Troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Proficiency in CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) operations
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
• Excellent blueprint reading skills

Salary info:

$30 - $45 / hr
